Powered by innovative production technology, SIRIO's Ma'anshan facility exports over 50% of its annual gummy output to global markets. Departing from conventional batch-kettle processing, the plant adopts a continuous online cooking and dosing system, boosting efficiency by up to five times while enhancing quality control and minimizing nutrient loss. The gummy workshop features three advanced automated lines, fully integrated with ERP and MES systems for real-time connectivity and intelligent coordination. This setup significantly reduces error rates and minimizes contamination risks.

Storage capacity has been increased threefold, and order processing speed has been significantly improved. Through fully digitalized and automated multi-level storage and sorting, the center has boosted inbound and outbound efficiency by over 70%, accelerating the entire fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery and enhancing responsiveness to customer needs.
